I asked one of my co-workers to take the photo of me in front of my new
car. I was very proud of it. So far it has managed to earn me quite a few
comments about paying me "too much" and not much else.

I don't know much about the company. I hardly have even been on any floors
besides the ground floor and the basement. I wouldn't even know what to
expect to find on the upper floors of the building.

She contacted me after the initial IMs went out when I started the site.
She said that she wanted to help me. She managed to find her way into
/not/ but has since then only communicated with me via email. That's all I
know about her.

How am I supposed to explain noises that only I seem to hear? Dark
hallways that no amount of light seems to illuminate them, strange
Polaroids with pictures that match almost EXACTLY photographs taken of me.

Tomorrow I will be in a different wing of the building. I think that
tomorrow I'll be able to figure something out.

Maybe if I walk toward the noise...

ok...

as far as I see it at four things are possible....


1. Fairlady is a real person. For whatever reason, she/he is unaware of the Unforum. she may have beaten conundrum into the site and changed her log in password. Slim chance....but possible.


2. Fairlady is an IG character controlled by the PM. perhaps a Non-Player character to help us along if we get stuck. I'm not sure if this type of thing is "ok" for an ARG or not.

3. Fairlady is 256 in disguise. 256 is using a fake account to gather info about us.

4. Fairlady is someone who is looking for 256 and is out to get him.

I've had a few back and forth e-mails with Fairlady and I'll post it here soon.

can't wait, i think we have been bugging him enough to get things going. because really we don't really have any idea what we are meant to be doing. we have been tagging along with this story (and it is getting a little creepier all the time).

I don't think you can change your password, i checked for that yesterday.

Actually, you can. I certainly did, and I know that a few others changed theirs as well. Thanks for not changing yours though, Jabba, since I'll admit I did a bit of delving into your account to figure out the other addresses 256 had sent about.

 		Oh, I just noticed: This Fairlady thing is similar to that Silent guy in the comments from a few days ago. We were all 'oh man, it's gotta be 256 posting as some secret guy', but that didn't get anywhere. Anyway, I don't know.

Edit: Oh, his name was Hidden. Okay. Also the password won't work for two hours so...
