 		Initial reaction
Well obviously something's wrong. I doubt he'll reply to email. So, finding the next step.

The post title is the starting string of numbers in the subject. Maybe there is a pattern present. I doubt this is just random numbers, there has got to be some sort of key here.

Also, the numbers 0 and 2 are not found in these number strings. Coincidence? I think not.

 		Oh yeah, wondered why that didn't submit initially. Hmm, does this mean he's simply AFK? and what is an SMS, anyway?

Also, what section of that message was the title?

SMS is Short Message Service, better known as a Text Message.

The title was just the first few words. I haven't checked but its probably "I went too far".

He needs help, but how do we help him? Do we have any way to contact him outside the emails? He hasn't responded to me through that, so I assume that's not it.

Maybe this 300zx is the next step. Can anyone figure it out?

Edit: maybe this is like one of those old SAT questions, You know, like "300zx is to red as 350z is to..." Maybe we don't need to find something having to do with red Nissan 300zx, but something having to do with color and Nissan 250z...

I am reasonably certain 256's 350z is Silver Alloy

 		i think it is up to us now, he said he is sending stuff, but he doesn't know where it is going. i think we need to find another door (possibly /300zx/) and that will be where the other messages will be.

i then invited her here, but since she hasn't popped in, i guess she might still be ingame, just rather sneaky, but who knows. think take Conundrums advice here and we all be wary.


My new opinion of Fairlady is that either she's someone 256 knows OOG that he's allowing into this, or that's how the ARG gamemaster will move this forward while 256 is trapped in the basement. She claims to have met him outside the blog. Maybe she is how we can move this forward.

 		I used Color Cop to determine the type of red it was an its
R:255
G:0
B:0
or '#FF0000' so, pure red. I tried /300zx/#FF0000/ and it came up with the same page. I then tried with other numbers and nothing different happened.

EDIT:
did anybody else notice that the notice board looks like its balanced on the arm-rest of a couch, instead of hung up?

That's because you used a #. Those are used to link to certain parts of a site with the <a> tag. So if you go to just any page with it enabled, like http://ice.thej2.com/museum/index.php?title=Flan_F_Discography, and put a name and a # after it, like http://ice.thej2.com/museum/index.php?title=Flan_F_Discography#Not_Angst, it'll link to that area. And if you put the name of an section that doesn't exist, like http://ice.thej2.com/museum/index.php?title=Flan_F_Discography#Soup, you'll still be taken to that page, but not to the section. And since the red thing is the index, /300zx/#something would work the same way as /300zx/index.htm#something.
