This is an interesting one... All of the links lead to the same web-page, which appears to be scrambled HTML code. Link 4 is different, as it links to a page about Montuak in more detail.

Then at the bottom of the page is a Student Link - easy to miss - but it appears to contain a confession of sorts from Brian Wilson.

These sections stand out to me. I think the first one is someone's name scrambled up or something. Maybe it is a reference to a book or someone who worked on the project. The second quote also probably contains someone's name. Maybe we could try to fit the names of some of the bigger Montauk players into some of these to figure out the substitution.

I don't know. Those parts just stand out as significant or somehow more easily solveable.

Well I'll be damned! I never saw this coming. Looks like Melvin Geist wasn't abducted by Aliens - he was abducted by Montauk and had his memory erased!

This has turned things on its head a bit. It looks like both Melvin Geist and Eva McGill were part of the same experiment - Geist's company, Kenkon, only obtained the information relating to the Montauk project they were both a part of, back in September last year.

This is getting confusing. SRI are funded by Kenkon, but I'm wondering how long that has been the case. We always assumed that KenKon had been the driving force in this since day one, but now what is being suggested in this document, is that Montauk were the original experimenters, and KenKon have now bought out everyone involved - are they trying to continue the experiment, or put a stop to it? This would suggest that Brian Wilson wasn't always under Kenkon employ either.

lol, my brain's gone all a bit explodey with all this information! I must've read it about 10 times now, and I find something I hadn't noticed each time!

Regarding Wilson, here's what I'm getting from it:
-commissioned by Kenkon to write studies on "Emotional focusing and intuitive understandings of Probability: nurturing 'vision' 'premonition' and 'remote viewing' in creative minds."
- Wilson granted access to the Mcgill's home environment. -Eva's parents signing consent to phoney 'Children of Creative Parents' 5 year research programme.
Wilson working under 'Code D' Authorization -granted to give information on a 'need to know' basis.
-Wilson leaks data to Mr Mcgill(breaking Code D.) Mr Mcgill shortly after dies in' fatal accident caused by alcoholic intoxication'. Ie. is assassinated by Montauk to secure the data Wilson leaked.
-Wilson, Mrs Mcgill and Eva are all granted leave to UK. With Wilson under the conditions of Code D.
