i really hope were not just part of a very old joke and everyone is laughing at us, then konamouse will have the right to say i told you so.

hate to break this up...This is NOT an ARG.

It's a joke set up by derekg from skateperception, as apparantly a lot of user have some problems with their sandwich and hence this so-called 'cancel sandwich' (aka derekg) allows them to say 'Cancel My sandwich'

IOW This is a joke, and as it says on Skate Perception...

But there is always the possibility that someone that saw the jokes on skate perception could had made an ARG for it, it doesn't really seem to me that someone would make a free webs site and develop a story (sorta) for a joke, but i am new at this.
