I was thinking that the reason they are showing Eva being uptight is that they're hoping that the more uptight they make her, the more psychic ability she uses.

And I noticed that if you look at the map of the cell block, there is a circle around it that is either compass directions, or part of that clock.

Eva's cam page now has a countdown on it. This could either mean that we're supposed to do something before then, or we're supposed to be watching when it hits zero. Or it could mean something else entirely.
