I've tried using search tools, but any search for 'blog' instantly whacks me with 100+ entries on PCX character's blogs or players blogs, and so on. I saw this somewhere, and can't recall the answer. Please trout me if needed.

If i remember propper, MC wasn't thrilled with high res images of the Season 1 cards, but they were going to be more lenient in Season 2. The reason I ask is I'm running a blog that chronicles every single step I take in Season 2, to serve both as a kind of scrap book of Season 2, but also as a kind of guide for fresh players since I'm a fairly new ARG player myself.

Sorry to babble... So if I get a Season 2 card, what are the policies for posting images on blogs? I've been trying to reach MC but they're a touch busy at the moment, and was wondering if anyone here had access to or remembered that info. Thanks again, and trout me if needed.

Long answer:
Having just looked up the guidelines again, they haven't changed from season 2 (or at least I haven't got the memo) - see them here - it's giving me a bit of a quandry. It talks about scanning in things involved in the retrieval operation, and gives rights to such people involved in the retrieval operation. I know this is all just to obscure the reality from the first season but I wonder if we actually, legally have any right to publish season 2 cards given the retrieval is all done. Hmm...

Short answer, 60 dpi and acknowledge all rights and whatnots, you should be fine. If you get it wrong, MC are more likely to send you an email than a summons.

Edited for stray punctuation - those parentheses always get me.

 		Fantastic! That IP file is perfect!

Still no word from MC in regards to the email I've sent them. However, looking over the IP ToS on the new site, things may have shuffled a bit. For the moment I'll observe the same size as the Card Catologue (http://perplexcitycardcatalog.com/) until I hear otherwise. Keep in mind on the PXC site they also state tools are coming for bloggers in regards to posting puzzles...

So, we'll just have to wait and see. And thank you again - great help!

Wow, that's a lot of terms. And one day, maybe one day when I've finished all the puzzles twice over, I might actually read them. Yeesh.
