[DEEP SPEC] On other Cubes...

So I was tossing around the idea of two other cubes in my head, and a few other mysteries about the game, when I managed to have two nearly answer each other.

First, I wondered about the whereabouts of the other Cubes. I then thought about why the Third Power would want the Cube, to the point of travelling to Earth for it. Then I wondered how the 3P got to Earth in the first place, considering only the Receda Cube has shown the ability to transfer people between the worlds.

It then hit me - if the Receda Cube could, these theoretical other two Cubes could as well in all likelihood. And barring any other sudden discoveries, the most logical assumption would be that any group that travelled from the world of PXC to here would thus have one of these Cubes.

This doesn't mean they'd have a clear idea of how to use a Cube, mind you. Or the other possible abilities of the Cubes. That aside, this leads to a logical motive for the attempted theft of the Receda Cube. The 3P would have quite an interest in gathering the Cubes, as there might be something even greater than the sum of three Cubes when they are gathered and joined properly. Think in the Legend of Zelda games, for those familiar with them. The three parts of the Triforce grant considerable power by themselves, but can grant wishes once they are united.

If this is true, it's a rather sobering thought - the 3P would already have to have one Cube. It's possible they have two, although I have my doubts about that (I think the 3P would have shown much more power and competence if they did). At any rate, the game still has two Cubes at large, and I fear one will have to be liberated from our ultimate foe.

I really hope I'm in the clutches of the RSM, I really do. But I'm excited at the possibility that I'm not.
