So what do we know about the package?
1 - its a cow - for the beefface (eva mcgill blog link)
2 - its a cow for the ilovebeefparody
3 - Its all about a library reference, and that must be significant - Pat+Dave have been joking in their vids, and on forum about it
And we've found a library that closely resembles the address of the one given (all except the postcode - its in Shepton Mallet.
4 - WAK8?
5 - Pat and Dave have been harping on about circle theory and trytych - we've "used" the Trytych clue already i think, but not used Circle theory - can this help us with anything? A circle parable, or circle code?

I dont know, im stupid!

Do you think the library letter is a out of game continuity thing (developing on the bumbling characters of Pat and Dave) or an in (welovebeef) game included intentionally by Pat and Dave to refer to one of their previous videos?

Basically have they just written the clue on the back of the letter cos it was a spare scrap of paper (which wouldn't surprise me) or is the letter part of the clue?

Because theyve mentioed the library thing specifically in 2 videos, and in their forum, at the least, its a running joke of theris. However theyve gone to some lengths to compose this running joke, so id be surprised if it didnt have any significance?

A5 R6?

Forgive me if this has already been addressed--I've read the whole thread here, but I don't think this was addressed. Surely the "a5 r6" is significant?

And for the "apply the parable," I was thinking that maybe they are referring to Aesop's Fables. I did look to see which was the fifth fable in the original text (assuming that this is what "a5" means), but don't see to what the r6 refers. The fable is here.

It's about the Charcoal Burner and the Fuller, and the moral is "Like will draw like." And basically, it is about the idea that whatever the fuller whitens, the charcoal burner will blacken. So maybe we are talking about piano keys?

EDIT AGAIN:

Okay, I think I may be an idiot. I knew that a5, r6 sounded familiar. Someone mentioned circle theory, and it occurred to me that a5, r6 might be how you would express a point in polar coordinates. (That's assuming that the a stands for the azimuth angle, and r for the radius.) Usually, polar coordinates are expressed as (r, theta), though, so I'm not sure this is correct. I'm not sure what this means, but maybe someone else can come up with it.

No, don't feel silly. The problem is that we've managed to get several things that were related stuck in different threads, so its hard to see what applied where and what got solved.

The Wak8 from the plushie cow's bottom was the first code piece we got in a series--the majority of the rest of the series was on birthday cards that people were sent.

However, after a while, it was clear that either two cards were lost or something, so the PMs changed the image on that page so that the two remaining codes were on it.

This ended up getting solved in the "birthday cards" thread, but we didn't really make it clear in any of the other threads that this also solved them.

Although I'm not entirely certain that we got everything on this "Daisy" page.

Thanks carmenmiranda

Sorry I didn't manage to catch that--I haven't been able to be online much recently, as I've got two seriously ill siblings, one with a heart that is working at only 15-20% who has been under evaluation for a transplant. Kind of changes your priorities a bit, so I'm still playing catch-up.

I appreciate your patience.

It's tough to know whether this has been mentioned (and if it has, trout away), but a search of the site suggested that it hadn't, so...

"Know the truth" sounds suspiciously like "Seek The Truth, Behold The Truth, Reveal The Truth" - the Pious Flea's mantra. Could this cow have a flea of its own?

Sorry for the slight thread necro either way Smile
