I don't think this site is related to the YT. Checking the Whois info. It was first registered in 1997. The owner listed as Hacksaw Productions (which appears to be an event planner/promotion company out of Louisiana) and gives a name of a guy who lives in TX.
I've tried other variations (.net, .com.au, .net.au) without luck.

As kona said, you're looking at a real unrelated website, and you've just researched a real web hosting/design company as well. I'd say this game -- if it is a game, and not yet another case of a weird video, just like the thousands of weird videos on the internet -- will have better ways of pointing you to an in-game website, if there is one, rather than having people guess at a potential URL.
The fact that the video itself tells you to pass it along makes it an attempt at viral marketing, to me, and not an ARG. I'm surprised there isn't a bigger backlash against this technique. [/cynical]

If I remember correctly, Racoon was taken out in the game as well. I can't remember if it was by nukes (I really, really doubt that nukes were used) but I know for a fact missiles were used to pretty much destroy the place. Which makes sense, as crappy as it is.
That said, while hackers have never played a big role in the games, Umbrella is what I like to call a "universe-deep" conspiracy. There are so many levels and webs of little white lies and half-truths and blatant lies and malicious lies that it just boggles the mind to try and consider them all. Translation? The place is like a giant magnet for any hacker that wants to "prove his/her worth".
That said, I'd just like to restate that I don't think this has anything to do with RE. I'm keeping an open mind, but it just doesn't seem like that is the case, to me.

Hmm. There is a Hughes (radio) Tower in Washington DC.
There's also the Hughes Tower in Los Angeles, a 16-floor building. Chances are they don't expect us to literally go snooping around in either building. (Anyone else find this hard to resist nonetheless?) It's probably a building that doesn't exist - shouldn't exist.
Whatever the physical location the MIB would have.......should have... cleaned up any trace as shown by the poor wrong place, wrong time witness going down at the end of the video.

Did any of you actually send her a phone number?
Also, I just checked her profile and she hasn't logged in for four days.

Hm... That's bad news. However, it looks like it has far too high production values to just leave one video (that doesn't actually promote anything) and just leave.

Agreed. Whether or not this is an ARG, something will come of it because there's obviously been too much money put into it for it to turn out to be nothing.
That said, as far as I know, no one has sent their phone numbers. All my message said was, "My phone is active, if you need it." That's it.

I just sent her another message with my phone number. Here's hoping, right?
EDIT:
SON OF EDIT: removed the above because I was hysterically wrong.

I am in with this one if it turns out to be anything. I like the qualityof the vid.
Oh, and those aren't spammer tags. The words arn't even in the tags spot. they are in the description spot. Which won't make it into the search engine. I can only pull the video up by looking under the hacking tags.
Mabe there is something to the words that we dismissed be coause we thought it was just spamming tags. Its worth a look!
