I got my postcard today from Eva and Keir. Thank you Hazel and Jon and all you who shared this experience with me. I want say good bye but instead will borrow a well know quote from Eva. "Be seeing you."

What everyone else said... Brilliant!

  • Pat and Dave. Not only did they provide some wonderfully comedic moments - they are also a great device for moving things on in the story without people really noticing. Let's hope they'll be back in any future productions.

  • The live event. The way this was organised was superb. The timing of things like the Geist theme tune and Eva entering. And, almost unnoticed, how to get everyone out of the Watershed and end the event. Afterwards it all seemed so seamless.

  • The multiple layers. It all worked on so many levels. It had games within games, allegories, parables and lots of ideas about where technology might lead us.

  • The players. The PMs put a lot of thought into creating an environment where the players would work together. And they did Smile

  • The ending. The main down side was the timing of the ending. It would have been great to have an on-line meet so we could all watch Eva and Keir escape together (Tarim's "niece", Jaka, would certainly have been there). Was this out of the desire to have a "winner"? Or perhaps it's just one of those things that only becomes obvious afterwards.

Personally - Tarim found the whole ending was just a bit too "Hollywood". Wouldn't it have been great if it had turned out that Eva was really the evil arch-baddie? No? Just Tarim on that one then... Wink

Overall, the ending wasn't really so important. The scenery on the path - that was stunning. Thank you PMs and players for a great time.
