Anyone tried getting tricky with the photoshop filters (reversing the colors or polarizing it, etc.) to see if we can come up with something? I'd try, but no photoshop here.

There appears to be two seperate images one set atop of another.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you change the colors of the images i.e. white for the one on top and black for the one underneath the image will pop out at you. It looks to me to be similar to the image associated with the Transformer comics, possibly a crude map of someplace showing only roadways or even a mirror image of a sunset/sunrise.

New findings Syllable3 on Perplexorum has discovered something very cool about the unreflected circle in the middle - it is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the EXACT size of the hole in a CD
- so they've been thinking about
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
a musical collage
And I like this idea very much.
I can confirm the (one-word, as specified on solve form) answer is NOT
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Sufjan, Fly or Xenakis - all musical collage people; EDIT: it's likely not to be a name, or the solve form would ask you to just put the surname or first name, rather than a "one-word answer"
Let's see where we can go on this trail. Don't you think it's just a BIT too obvious to be
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
an art-related answer? It IS a silver, after all

With the new music twist to the card I took what I had mentioned earlier
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
siced it down the middle and it seemed to be a layout of a colliseum or theater
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
colliseum, theater, ampitheater are not correct answers and I'm not even sure this is even the right track to be on

The section that has a "?" on it is interesting.
Unalike some of the other patterns, this pattern looks abnormal to me.
it looks like rows of black red yellow and green squares.
Maybe ill be trouted, but has anyone else noticed this? ... its the only section with the ? and it seems different to me.

continuing on the musical theme, slicing the card in half I thought the layout looked like an

orchestra
but it's not correct
neither is

symphony or philharmonic

Got a solve for this, thanks to rainbowtrout (see post above).
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Don't need to add much to what rt said, just that you need to take it one step further to reach the answer.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I'm thinking the central circle is a bandstand/pavilion thing, and that the shape is a part of a park...?
Or is it...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The shape of an orchestrated bandstand?
EDIT: Ah, solved

Excellent! First Season 2 silver in the bag.
Props to Syllable3 on Perplexorum for getting us on the right track.

this was much easier than I thought it was going to be... all that matching the patterned tiles on photoshop. Sheesh. Well done whoever spotted that the circle was the same size as the hole in a CD... very good.

Ok I have followed all of the discussion so far and see where its going. Still having trouble with the leap of intuition though. Any chance of a hint. Please.

The major clue was given by rainbow trout.
Further clue:

Taking the left half of the white bits of Arcy Sparky's image here The ? is in a particular part. Name that part.

I looked at the orchestra layouts on Google, and noticed something.
Is the answer for the card the same as the Season 1 #220 Precision which was:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
VIOLIN
?
Or is it its smaller companion the
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
VIOLA
?
I'll most likely be wrong on both accounts...
