So how about instituting a rule that you must have a pic ready to go before you guess?

No rules.....Just right. Cool

Seriously, gotta give time for people to notice they've won and then find something good, which can be worth the wait sometimes.

One thing though. It is helpful to hit the little "Watch this topic for replies" button when you've made a guess. Smile

Nah, you don't have to have a still ready just to make a guess, but it's not too much to ask to say something like, "I don't have anything right now, so someone can go ahead a put one up, and if someone doesn't, I'll put up something tonight/tomorrow/etc"

It makes everyone happy. People can still guess, people aren't left hanging wondering if the guesser is never going to come back to this thread, and if people are obsessively refreshing this thread wanting to keep the game going, they can post their own still.

Just my own $.02. Do with it what you will. This thread has been going pretty strong without any such rule on the subject, so let's kind of make it a sign of courtesy to do that type of thing, and not a rule.

"No Dinner Until You Practice" ? staring Peggy Lipton?

"Spice Girls - the Early Years" ?

"The Partridge Family Adoption Tour " ?

I have no idea what this could be. And no good guesses either!
Something about that photo reminds me of "No WIRE HANGERS" - is this a cult version of Mommy Dearest?

So is there a website that lists all guitars ever used in any movie? Like the one about cars?

(One that lists all animals might be useful as well, see above Secondhand Lions.)

Nashville?

Even Cowgirls get the Blues?

I give up.

The woman reminds me of Olivia Newton-John, is it Two of a Kind?

The term cult could easily be applied to this movie. It did get a lot of people thinking about their latent prejudices.

Not sure about the Internet Movie Guitars (or animals) Databases.

There is another one for cars, though. Those used in games. Go figure. I'll post a still with a vehicle in it, later, if nobody gets it and you wanna try your hand at the car lookup.

The (covered) theme song for this movie only made it to number 40 in the US, though it seems like it was more popular than that. It was originally recorded by the original caste two years prior to the movie's release.

ETA: It's not Olivia Newton John.

Hint: If you look at what I've said in this post literally instead of laterally, you'll find the movie with no problem.

On a related note: How do you take screenshots from an .avi file? All I get is the 'screen' it is projected on.
