Maybe it means we're wrong to focus on the living statue and the relevant information is a detail in the background. The man in the background you spotted a few days ago ?

As for the date of the picture, the EXIF metadata says it was taken on 01/03/2005.

I'm iffy on the EXIF data, since this PM doesn't seem to be the most technically-minded person ever. Also, the photos were supposed to be scanned hard copies, right? In that case, the EXIF data wouldn't matter. (IIRC, you said they were originally from a digicam, which means the PM just wasn't thinking we'd go for that route.)

I think the same, but Redford never explicitly said he scanned real paper photos (he only said he "tried to upload them"), so there is still a possibility they were on a memory card or some other digital support. But i admit it's a bit off the wall Twisted Evil I was just mentionning the information again since the date seems important now.

Through more digging I found the walkway where the guy in white was standing in venice. He was standing at Riva degli Schiavoni.

Found it by researching where the hotel I identified earlier was located.

Here it is on google maps.

Do we have a channel in IRC yet? Since it seems like it could help us collaborate our ideas better

I don't know if it's worth mentionning, but when I saw the picture at first, the mime reminded me of a card of the Tarot of Marseilles, La Papesse (the equivalent of the High Priestess in the Rider-Waite deck widely used in America)

The robe, the veil around the head and the book are somewhat similar. I really don't think it is relevant, but i have no other clue Exclamation Question

EDIT : Hey ! Could he be this guy ? :
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://living-statue.yu0.net/

He says he worked as a living statue at Venice, Florence and Paris, and he currently works in Italy.
I will post this to the woman in red and to the Y! group.

Wow, I never realized there was such a thing as "living statues". I just Googled it, and to be honest, those freak me out a little bit (as well as mimes, of course).

Another new website from the woman in red:

http://www.freewebs.com/womaninred/index.htm

Has "Chapter 1" of the Pinelli Family, a picture, and a business card for John Q. Smith, which has something written upside down on it that I don't have time to look into right now.

Also references Lauren Bacall's famous quote from "To Have or Have Not" about whistling.

I've switched the quote around, but the resolution's crap so I can't read it.

You'd think a government agent would use something other than Paint to make his calling cards. Honestly!

I can't make it out, either. Sad
Any ideas on "put your lips together and blow"?
Could the church picture be stegged?

It might be, but I highly doubt it, since the PM has shown himself to be REALLY low on tech experience end of things. I'll check with my destegger, tho', just in case.

EDIT: Nope.

http://www.tfaoi.com/newsmu/nmus17b.htm

EDIT: and the latin "Beatus es meek" means "Blessed are the meek"
