I'm gonna say that this is leading up to the next Ghost Recon game. One of the audio clips has a transmission from "Ghost Leader".

The just of all the crap on the right side of the page seems to be basic info of a medical patient. Basically, he's Army, started out as counter-intelligence on the enlisted side then decided to become a special forces officer. Got his commission by going to OCS; is airborne, ranger, and SF qualified. I'm assuming he's a captain now, because it mentions a recommendation for promotion to O4 (major) which is what comes after cpt. They seem to be doing a major psychological work-up on the guy and it seems like he's suffering from severe PTSD surrounding being captured on his most recent mission. I'm assuming that the game will tell the stroy of how he escaped, got rescued, etc.

His latest airborne jump seems to have been in Paris, so I'm assuming this is the loc of the game. If you listen to the woman on the radio she mentions the casualties incurred by european, french, and spanish forces, so I think france is a safe bet. She also talks about raids on London and refugees crossing the english channel, so I think we can be sure it's in europe at the very least. She does mention fighting in america and the american/mexican border as well (GRAW 2 anyone), but the focus seems to be in europe. It seems that the fighting is very wide-spread. Finally, it seems as if the game will take place sometime around 2026.

The premise sounds cool, but if I'm right about the POW thing, then it's going to be a pretty big departure from the other Ghost Recon games, which sucks. I wouldn't be suprised if they were trying to go in a new direction, though, because they did the same thing with the last splinter cell.

There are also mentions of Splinter Cell ... and GRAW2 just came out. So that would be a huge surprise if they announced GRAW3 now. My guess is that in the absence of a public E3, Ubisoft is using their money to build this and an engine to promote their big Clancy releases of the next year. I mean, this must have cost them at least $200k given the VO and footage, let alone the Flash development and writing.
