 		On (or Off) line QR Code decoder
One of several cameraphone type codes.
QR (Quick Response) Codes are much used in Japan for getting quick information about something, like a product, using your cameraphone. The game "Second Life" uses these codes also.

Finding an online decoder for these codes was quite a challenge.
AxysDenyed agreed to host the java file which was originally found here, in case it should ever disappear.

It's a Java ".jar" file, so you'll need a Java Virtual Machine in order to run it.

EDIT: Fixed? spelling on AxysDenyed's nick.
