For the blogspot, I suspect 11-22-90 is the girl's DOB. The age would be right.

I don't think I have anything about copyright on the notice I got......

I wasn't saying I saw "check the copyright" on anything, I was just thinking about the Dr. Seuss book. We know CongratulationsToday Isyourday is the Flickr name, but I was looking for any deeper meaning. It's not uncommon for the PM to hide things "deeper".

And-- OMG, I totally forgot it was almost 90 before I was born. (86) WoW. Time flies.

new clue?
reply from TDC

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just got a reply from my very personal pm that I sent to TDC. His tone seems to have changed, at least in this message. Here is what he sent

Quote:
Jason,

I'm sorry to hear about your fiance. Some things
aren't meant to be.

I'm not Julius Caesar. I don't plan on ending up like
him either. But I have done something that he did.

TDC

It isn't a lot of info but it does seem to acknowlege the Julius Caeser reference with the king of diamonds. What did Julius Caeser do that TDC would have the means of doing also? Is it a red herring? Right now its too late for me to try and find a connection. Happy hunting everyone.

i looked at caesar on wikipedia and here is a list of stuff hes done:

Upon crossing the Rubicon, Caesar is reported to have said alea iacta est.
adopted augustus caesar
started civil war
became a roman deity
became head of family at 16
dumped a girl he was betrothed to to marry Cinna's daughter Cornelia
joined army
got kidnapped
captured pirates
prosecuted political senator for murder
became a judge
ran for election to the post of chief priest of the Roman state religion
married and divorced pompeia
got in debt
conquered gaul
offered his niece to pompey
shagged cleopatra
won loads of awards
got, as davey put it, "hardcore backstabbed"

could be the first one that TDC is referring to, but though i would check the others out too...

He did something that Cesar did? "Veni, Vidi, Vici"-- perhaps?

veni, vidi, vici = I came, I Saw, I conquered.

maybe. I meant that when he did something that caesar had done, it could be that he said "alea iacta est" cos that what caesar did.

You're right about the connection between TDC and Caesar, Neil.

*Brief History For Anyone Not Seeing The Connection*
Caesar refused to obey the command of the Senate & instead led his troops across the Rubicon river, thus automatically starting a civil war. I think Caesar knew that he started the war when he crossed the boundry line and that's why he said, "Alea iacta est." (The die has been cast = What's done can't be undone.)

When we translated the tags, I e-mailed TDC my thoughts on his connection to Julius Caeser and why I thought TomD couldn't turn back. So, do you think that's what TDC was hinting at?

What do you think TDC connection to all of this is?

What do you think TDC connection to all of this is? Then, quoth wikipedia
I have an idea. Caesar let his daughter marry Pompey, but later she died in childbirth.
Quote:
In 54 BC, Caesar's daughter Julia died in childbirth, leaving both Pompey and Caesar heartbroken. Crassus was killed in 53 BC during his campaign in Parthia. Without Crassus or Julia, Pompey drifted towards the Optimates. Still in Gaul, Caesar tried to secure Pompey's support by offering him one of his nieces in marriage, but Pompey refused. Instead, Pompey married Cornelia Metella, the daughter of Metellus Scipio, one of Caesar's greatest enemies.
Perhaps this gives a clue to the nature of the conflict. Caesar hated the crap out of Pompey after that for many reasons, mainly for blocking his way to the top. Eric may = Pompey and TDC may = Caesar in some capacity.

Humm I'm not sure the CM hates Eric. I think hes more out to prove a point...If he hated him he would have just poped him in the head and been done with it. I think hes trying to show either Eric or his family something.

What if he was exposing Eric's misdeeds to the world rather than simply killing him. I don't know, it's just a theory. I only say it because Caesar (TDC likely) crossed the Rubicon because of a betrayal by Pompey. It may not even have been Eric... perhaps a member of Eric's family?

Maybe the Adam and Eve thing fits in that way; he thinks he is God (father of Adam and Eve) until a member of Eric's family (the serpent) corrupted them somehow. It looks like some betrayal at least sparked this. Again, just speculation. I may and probably am wayyyy off.

No, it defintley has been sparked by some sort of betrayal. We just aren't sure what.

I totally agree with Wabs- he's proving some kind of point with Ericdear.

I do think he might think of himself as a God though. It would explain the seed, being buried, tree growing, then Adam And Eve appearing with the Serpent.

I have no idea who the Serpent or Adam & Eve could represent in the story. But I was thinking, other than Cheating Or Adultry-- what about premarital sex? Is that a sin?

julius ceasar
the female connection

63 BCE: Caesar spent heavily in a successful effort to get elected pontifex maximus (chief priest); in 62 he was elected praetor. He divorced Pompeia because of her involvement in a scandal with another man, although the man had been acquitted in the law courts; Caesar is reported to have said, "The wife of Caesar must be above suspicion," suggesting that he was so exceptional that anyone associated with him had to be free of any hint of scandal. In 61 he was sent to the province of Further Spain as propraetor.

now if you want to say that eric had been involved with a wife this might be the answer to the retribution he is receiving.
