Apparently it was a code that was flashed on one of the side by side commentaries of a show aired some time ago.
It didn't work for me.
Oh and by the way....the Corithian archives have been updated.
If you say so. I still haven't figured my way into them.

I'm posting the artwork on my flickr for those who are unable to get into the archives.

I mean, a rigged election is a great story. The last episode of the show revealed that Nathan could be in the white house very soon. The painting in Lindermans archive supports this. That would be amazing to see, even if it is a little corrupt.
I mean, I know the PMs will go ahead with their story regardless of what we "players" do but I was quite looking forward to the 'Nathan as president' thing. I hope this game doesn't completely cast out that plot line.
No, you are not alone. Your comments reflect my feelings as well.

This game has been set up to enhance the Heroes story, not degrade it.

no need to be negative. Posting hypotheticals is perfectly in the realm of appropriateness.
I can see what you guys are getting at. I personally think that this whole thing is kinda cool... like we're getting a sneak peek at the plot line. Yes, they will continue to do what they plan to do, but it's fun feeling like you're part of it.

From the teaser adds they started running on Friday, I think Linderman is going to use Micah to juryrig the election machine. Not sure anything we do can counteract him.

I just had a thought. I notice a few people are doubting the significance of Hana as a character, I suspect in the final few episodes of season one she will be a key character and I think I know why she might be going for the elections.
The Heroes website has a series of comic books available to read on it, via a rather clumsy flash viewer or you can download the PDF's of all of them. The current series of these comics is a series called "War buddies" and it seems to be telling the backstory of Linderman and the father of the Petrelli brothers. I don't know when the comics update, but they are a pretty cool read as well as having some good extended backstory.
I think the point of this "War Buddies" storyline is to have a connecter between the events of the last episode and the new episode when the season returns in a few weeks and also to maybe give some motives to all involved.
Ha. Nice, the "Lonestar" images she posted a while back are another perspective of the comics I just mentioned. That's cool. Very cool.

Yeah, we already know. The War Buddies saga is one of the most important series of comics they have created so far since it describes the past, present and future of two main characters and the relationship between them. The War Buddies comics actually helped in a way to solving one of the three passwords.

Yep, and I noticed, at least on my system, I had to right-click and hit "Play" for the Flash game to start. Maybe that'll get fixed.

WATCH FIRST
If Linderman wants to rig an election to put Nathan Petrelli in office, it can't be a good thing.
We need to stop them together.
With your help, I've opened a portal into Linderman's five-day voting test. Today is day one.
I need your assistance cleaning out the rigged votes in order to thwart Linderman's "logic bomb" - a program coded to put Petrelli in office without the New York Voting Authority becoming aware of it and without the people of New York having their true votes matter.
Click the link below to open the portal. You will have 60 seconds to clean as many corrupted votes as you can before the portal closes. Any longer, and they'll detect us.
Target and click all votes labeled "Candidate02" in order to wipe them from Linderman's system.
I've also managed to tap into their videoconference line. Check back throughout the day. I'll be posting anything I think you need to see and will send you an e-mail or text message when I've got breaking news on our progress.
Thanks for you help.

WATCH VIDEOCONFERENCE - SEE WHO WE'RE UP AGAINST
OPEN VOTING PORTAL
It's like a 60 second first-person shooter. Not all the Candidates are 02 (some are 01, 03, 04, 05). It keeps track at the bottom and tells you the time left. Then you can report your total score at the end of each session.
I'll have to wait until I get home to watch the videos (not accessible from my work).

Flash game tips... You can actually click on every single name, the only one it will actually do anything to is the candidate02 file.
Hooray for lazy coders!

the conference video is interesting, even though the actors are a bit laughable. Still, it's opretty cool that NBC actually payed three people to do that small scene.
I could only get 5 CANIDATE02. The game is very laggy on firefox.

Strange...nothing's coming up for any of the links for me.
Edit: It's working now...nevermind.
