Passwords?
So I've got an idea, but the thing is, it involves a password and sort of a riddle on the very first page people will encounter.

What I'm worried is that this will sort of scare people of that can't be bothered (I'm planning a mass but subtle launch). Would I be better to have a page more welcoming to new-comers first, to get them hooked?

This'll be the first ARG I've planned so I'm not really up on what's good (for want of a better word) etiquette.

 		Your first page is where Alice lands after falling down the rabbit hole. so it better to start of the wiiedness here then after 4 or 5 pages of back story.

[edit] PS try starting with a sort game befor jumping into a full ARG. there where some on the PXC part of the forum.

 		Thanks for the tip. The first puzzle isn't too hard, in-fact it's really quite easy (possibly coz I'm not very good at puzzles... Wink ) so I've decided it shouldn't be too off-putting.

Also it looks very nice (in my opinion) so it's makes a nice first page.

EDIT: Off-topic - Are you from Leeds? If so, you might witness my launch Very Happy
