 		IMHO Looks like stock spam (from the image).

The spammers are using images now to thwart the word filters. The text is always benign to get the message through to your inbox. The spam part is the info in the image.

I just got that exact same email. I opened the attachment as HTML to check it out first (Gmail rules). Its clean. Its also freaky weird. Two pages ... some kind of visual puzzle.

I think this is a legit trailhead. Did you happen to post your email to this thread http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9306&start=45 ? Just trying to figure how we got this email.

Edit : Check the properties ... apparently our author is one "mmorri05"

EDIT: Not finding anything on any mmorri05. Ran it through myspace, blogspot, msn spaces, nada. Added it to my AIM and Yahoo contact lists.

Another LG15 or a real vlog?
Scattered in with my standard "check out my nude pix, tee hee" MySpace spam, I found an add request from a British girl named Louise Paxton. Her MySpace page doesn't seem to be selling anything and it contains several videos. I've only watched the first 3 vids which are focused on a twenty-something Everygirl moving from Norwich into her first apartment in London. The last several vids, based on titles alone, seem to be focused on stalkers and possibly hauntings. Her YouTube channel has lots of comments from people who seem to know her, which made me think they might be "characters." Is this another lonelygirl15, or someone's legitimate attempt at videoblogging? Am I over-thinking it?

Fiction, in my knee-jerk opinion. Therefore, what? "another lonelygirl15" could mean just the serial story-telling aspect, or did you mean the ARG which grew out of it? I'm seeing a lot of these lately. Reminds me of the days of my youth when the neighborhood kids would "put on a show". Amateur theater, only with modern technology.
