[S7] First Seven Puzzle

This seems to be a puzzle. Seven pictures along with seven fictional names. We know the top picture is actually Herbert Hoover. The answer should be emailed to the provided address.

Possible lead regarding the first seven

I can't get my head around the nonsense at Buzznet, so I'd rather post this here.

I read the following at buzznet:
http://www.buzznet.com/groups/stopsectorseven/forum/topics/12134/

And it makes a good point, if the names AgentX provided for the first seven aren't real, and the first member was former president Herbert Hoover, then possibly The First Seven could refer to The Hoover Commission

Could be that Sector Seven was formed as a result recommendations from the second Hoover Commission when it presented it's findings to congress in 1955

So who are the names that X gave out if they aren't the first Seven?

Stanford Julius Morehouse
Edgar Thibedeau Westfield
Neville Octavian Brewster
Percy Emerson Whitting
Wallace Wilson Clairmont
Alistair Jennings Crowther
Vance Milhaus Lawson

Incidently who was on the Hoover Commission?

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoover_commission

Quote:
Besides Hoover, its members were former Postmaster General and F.D.R's camapign manager James Farley , Secretary of State Dean Acheson, Senator George Aiken of Vermont, Representative Brown, Secretary of Defense James V. Forrestal, Civil Service Commissioner Arthur S. Flemming, former Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy, political scientist James Kerr Pollock, attorney James H. Rowe, Representative Carter Manasco of Alabama, industrialist George Mead and Senator John L. McClellan of Arkansas. Aiken, Brown, Flemming, Hoover, Mead and Pollock were Republicans. Acheson, Forrestal, Kennedy, Manasco, McClellan and Rowe were Democrats. The commission was supported by a large staff and numerous expert task forces.

I have an alternative theory in case this one doesn't pan out. It involves the consortium that built the Dam, which went by the name of Six Companies

I came across a different take elsewhere:

In regards to the intials bit they are SJMETWNOBPEWWWCAJCVML. Notice that the current Sector Seven password NBETWO is part of the collection as is "www" and "seven". This makes me think its possibly an anagram for a website.

A promising angle, methinks...

Nothing thus far. Given the amount of letters it's extremely difficult to downsize it to one link. There is also the potential for a .ws link as well, me thinks.

The First Seven
Initials

I've noticed that the letters...

SJMETWNOBPEWWWCAJCVML

...are the first letters of "the first seven's" names.
Yeh- maybe an anagram for a website...
But something else I thought... what if the letters L C M are the roman numerals? (maybe a far off guess, but still an idea)
L - 50
C - 100
M - 1000
2 M's make 2000
(Powers reportedly said: "if only they knew the first seven, and the hardships they had to endure... but people only respond to Service Numbers now...")

SJMETWNOBPEWWWCAJCVML

Maybe we can crack the code by using our mobile telephone-keypads:

756389662739992152865

Don't know, maybe a servicenumber, maybe a phonenumber, maybe a code...
