His reasoning is too close to home for me to accept it as a "dumb" excuse Razz

Long story short (warning, below spoiler is OOG-ness):
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I had an apology from the PM tonight. Turns out his phone decided to break on him, too. It's still totally dead, so don't bother ringing or texting. He'd actually been waiting on the grass in the area since around the time I got there, but of course we'd never have spotted each other.

Without my number handy (it was probably not written down) that would have been hard Smile

Smegging hell! I ate my lunch on that grassy bit, and sat there for a while reading my magazine Laughing

An attempt to contact someone via MSN or email would have helped (I was checking via my phone in case there was a message). But I had fun visiting stuff in London anyway. If/when a drop is rearranged, I think you'll be on your own Lex. Nice meeting you though Very Happy

Perhaps as the thing hadn't been properly arranged, we shouldn't have gone. All we had to go on was South Bank on Sunday. But I wanted to be nearby in case there was a sudden call saying "Be here within 30 minutes or else". Or something.

Oh, and no, I didn't get a Union Jack hat. But I did buy some cool things from the Science Museum!

LMAO, do they still do those miniature key ring perpetual motion models? I had one of those for ages until a sat on my keys and now it's perpetually squashed.

x_x I went on an impromptu camping trip this weekened, so sorry I wasn't around. But I was so excited to come back and see what he'd dropped off for us! Darn bad luck. So has anyone spoken to him in regards to another drop off? Or maybe having the package mailed to them?
