The website was found when people who had received phones at the LA live event received calls that said (in part) "the hour of arrival."

And thus, the missing site (Danny Jane) from 24.23.1 has been found.

I still can't believe there aren't any puzzles here. I tried plotting the locations on MultiPlottr, but I couldn't pull any useful pattern out of it:

Lesser Slave Lake is Alberta, Canada. It is odd that none of the major cities would report sightings, though.

there are less well water dependent people in the city, infact if you live in the city you pretty much have to get your water from the city pipes.
