 		I'm not seeing an earpiece in either of his pictures (the one on the main metacortechs page, or directory(posted in this thread)).

Am I looking at it wrong or something? I see his earlobe(or whatever they call the part that sticks out in front of the hole on the front side) and a reflection off his black hair, but not a plug.. Someone please clue me in.. :)

I think this is what everyone's talking about, yeahyeah (see attached photo); that white strip just below his earlobe. As to what it is exactly - an earpiece or a reflection off his black hair - I have no idea. But if he is an agent, why have yourself photographed while wearing it? Slightly stupid I would think; take the thing out, that why no Zion rebels see you wearing the damn thing and have Neo stop by and kick your *&$.

I think it is just the light reflection off the model's neck when the picture was taken. When it was scaled down, the relection got amplified. Nothing more to worry about it.
