I think it's likely that the craigslist postings match things in the watercolors. Mostly, that's because it's probable that in at least one of the postings, the "you" is an animal--I'd usually go with dog, but maybe in this case it's the black cat:

Oh my gosh carmenmiranda you are brilliant! I think you are absolutely right.. if you go back and read some of the entries from this perspective, you can totally see cases where the 'you' or 'her' (depends on the story) must be a cat.

For example:

Half of the craigslist postings are in the past tense. The rest are in the present tense.

Duuuuuh.

I think there are, in fact, two separate dreams, and the tenses tell us to which dream they belong.

Okay!

This is far from perfect, but here's an order I like.

I've put the craigslist postings in an order that makes sense to me, and I've put notes in talking about WHY I've put them in the order I have, so that you can easily see what I've done and then chop apart my logic.

Please do!

No ego involved here, so don't worry about squashing it. I would just like it if we had these in an order that seemed right.

Oh, and in the dream at least, she lives on the 13th floor. Has someone mentioned that?
