 		Aquapolis...
I think I know the signifigance of the phonecall.

The lady is talking about Aquapolis, so it's obviously there...
And I believe the man is talk about about:

"I have no idea where the ____ _____ DIRECTORY came from, nor it's CONTENTS...."

Meaning, that ___ ____ is a directory off of the Aquapolis website.

It's sounds like "Noble Roman" or "nevilleramen" or something... I'm listening over and over and trying different things. Please, someone with fresh ears listen to him again. I believe this directory will have the missing stuff in it aluded to by the PMs.

 		that's been the challenge from the beginning - the security is configured such that you can't see a listing, you just have to try extensions and see what pops up.
