It's so obscure. I be gob smacked.

I think I am making headway with it now, although as far as I can tell the extra symbols aren't playing any part in how its ciphered. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but at least I seem to be getting English...

Really? Are you onto the next page or are you stuck with the exact phrasing you need? Either way, good job. Still working on it here.

There's one part that doesn't seem to make much sense, no matter how much we twist it. I reckon its the important part too. The annoying thing is that nothing about it at the moment looks "keyphrase-like" either. Ah well, maybe a fresh look tomorrow will help.

ok I need help with one of these puzzles.

i'm on the one with the girl with glowing red eyes. On the page is a bunch of numbers, but occasionally there are letters. I've found a set pattern with the letters being sandwiched by certain numbers, but that patter messes up toward the last lines.

I'm kinda lost. I hope its not another cipher, i'm tired of these things.

That, my dear non-computer-nerd friend, is Hexadecimal, used throughout computing but here referencing ASCII character codes. This linky will help.http://nickciske.com/tools/hex.php

Read up a bit on famous codes and ciphers... Oh, and pay a little extra attention to the unsolved ones.

Quick question on the circles.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
After reading through the Shadow pdf, I understand how the cipher works. What I'm having a hard time determining is if I'm actually flipping this thing correctly. Once flipped, is the text still Vigenere encrypted or is it plain text? Every time we hit a number, are we supposed to flip the puzzle?

I've been working on flipping/turning things and deciphering, but I still get a lot of garbage. Looking at that output, I try and find a Vig key and come up flat there as well.

Coming up with a clever way to give a hint without giving it away is quite a challenge. Here goes:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Somewhat like the morse code puzzle, there is something you need to do before you can start decoding it. It may not be the first thing that you think of.

And if that's not quite enough...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Don't you wish the first symbol were a direction instead of a letter?
