Lost in shifting shades of blue
As far as my eyes can see
The Pirate Chart, it keeps the key

NOTE: To complete this puzzle, you need the physical map available from your nearest participating Volvo Dealer. Although putting in the next location's coordinates will allow you to continue on with the rest of the puzzles, there is also a code that comes with the map that you will need if you hope to compete in the final leg of the Hunt (IE searching for the actual sunken treasure and free car). If you only wish to play the puzzles for their entertainment value, then you do not need the code.

The map can be downloaded here thanks to synergy:

As well as the parchment clue that comes with registering:

Each spoiler tag builds on the spoiler before it, progressively giving more away. The topmost spoilers are merely gentle nudges in the proper direction. The solution is at the bottom.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What images does the parchment clue depict?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Can you find similar images on your Pirate Chart?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What do the skull and ship have in common on the Pirate Chart?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
There is a line running through both the skull and ship.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What could the significance be of the two ships back to back on the clue parchment?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You have to fold along the lines running through both symbols.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What clue have you been given on which line to fold first?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Where is the skull in relation to the ships on the clue parchment?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You need to fold the skull line first, then the ship line.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What portion of the Chart actually changes by being folded?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
There's really only a single line of change.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Two separate numbers that are far apart get brought together by being folded.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Again, what could be another significance of the two ships back to back on the clue parchment?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You must fold the ship line first one way, then the other to get the complete solution.

Solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
3415 S 1841 E or http://thehunt.volvocars.net/us/3415S1841E
When folded down, the ship line fold brings together 34 and 15 in the middle of the overlaying fold, split by the skull line fold.
When folded up, the ship line fold brings together 18 and 41 towards the top of the overlaying fold, split by the skull line fold.
