I dunno how much more could be said other than what's already been posted in this thread. If you missed it :

Beardface is a pain in the ass. I'll tell you what UberG33k told me

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
He was featured in a recent book and film, as were the other artworks. Obviously the key is not the same as the key for the other artworks, instead, its something to do with the book/film.

I guess the only other hint I could give that wouldn't piss off grngecko is that you are looking for a phrase (spaces removed) and not a single word. Good luck.

Finally found the keyword for the ancient glyphs ... Google Maps/Google Earth actually don't match the building grngecko is looking for ...

And its back to guessing what phraseology he used for the tarot card. If anyone gets up here and wants to work on it with me, let me know.

If you have 'read' the tarot card correctly, you can't miss the destination.

Rosary

Anyone getting anywhere on the rosary yet? Not got any idea where to start on this.

(Huge thanks to Uberg, Smithers, AS, Paulzilla etc for the hints that have got me this far - really enjoying the challenge!)

google around for that card, the one you see is a bit different, if you can count to one you can solve the riddle....

No one that's still playing (and posting about it) is up to the rosary yet. I think I'm the furthest in the UF crowd being at the tarot card.

While we're speaking of that lovely puzzle, I've read enough new age mumbo jumbo that I think I'll be barfing pachulli and power crystals for a month. I've tried just about every name for the card I've seen, every meaning, every mythological and astrological figure associated with it, and I've got nothing. Perhaps I'm dense or I simply don't understand how to read tarot as well as the rest of you. I'm sure I will kick myself when I finally get it.

Side note : did anyone else get a laugh over the sexual connotation of the card?

Gah! I'm still on these piggin' glyphs. Now I feel all of the left behind Rolling Eyes

I think I know the site now - turns out Google Earth is WAY more handy than Google maps for this kind of stuff.

But alas every variant building from the site in question (that I have tried from Wikipedia) leads to a dud. I don't suppose there's any more help to narrow it down to be given without pissing off Grengecko is there?

Or should I just keep playing guess-the-building..? Smile

Wiki spells it differently - google around for alternative spellings.

For the tarot card.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Compare the torment card with this one http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/wands08.jpg. There is a subtle difference.

Once you find the cipher, the answer is really easy. Just remember, there are only two choices, black or white, good or evil, on or off.

That gives me something new to work on then. If I catch your drift, how the hell did you pick up on that so quickly?

Once you see the "symbols", there are only a couple of choices on the solution. Wilbert's clue is accurate, if cryptic.

Got it now. All I have to say is : ARE YOU F(#$%^&( KIDDING ME? I still can't figure out how you noticed that, but I'm glad you did. Onto the candle, but I'm now worried. On previous levels, I thought that I would have eventually solved the riddle without any hints. I don't think I would have gotten that tarot card without the hints. I may have reached the limit of my skill here. We shall see...
