Bureau of Morality - leaving a voicemail

I don't know if this has anything to do with anything, but, I called the BoM number on the CD today, for giggles, and started pressing buttons. Typically, in a voicemail program, hitting # will prompt a password entry, but it didn't do anything, so I hit 1 next, and a prompt to leave a message started. So I left one. Anybody have any clue if this gets you anywhere?

[edit - clarified topic in thread title - kona]

Thanks for the fix kona, it was a long night, I'm not that stupid or vague... typically.

This morning, at about 9AM central time, I got a call from a private number. Now, I don't typically get calls from private numbers, unless a friend is pranking me. I find it a bit odd, however, that I got one shortly after leaving a message at the BoM. Unortunatly, I was unable to answer the phone, because the new ringtone made me very confused and I didn't know what to do.... I did call again and leave two more messages, though.

When the BOM calls you (remember that Freedom website where you input your number and your phone rings immediately??) - the number shows up on caller ID. So I don't think that was BOM.

I used to administer the touch-tone menu system (called an IVR) for a bank. The menu options you chose or typical "default" settings, and might not have any way of being disabled. I never got to experiment with that at my old job, as leaving voicemails is usually considered a good thing in the business world. =)

I don't want to discourage thinking outside the box, but I do want to present the possibility this was an unintentional breach of the game world's "4th wall."
