I guess if people didn't want to work on the Oct 1 puzzle, the threads would die off themselves. As it is... it just feels like we are missing something sitting in plain view. I'm pretty much convinced the picture references LifeandCasualty.com but the username and password eludes me.... Twisted Evil

Hmm.. doubt it.

Before other sites have "gone live", they've been passworded like that, with the domain as "private". How would we know about the domain name lifeandcasualty.com? There are no in-game references or clues to it.

I agree with Ehsan in the fact that I'm 99.9% sure that this picture is finished. Stick a fork in it, it's done.

Yes. Yes you are.

Razz

I just think we're better off spending our time on other puzzles, that's all. Like I said, there may be something in the Oct 1st picture, but at this point, there's a lot of crazy, baseless speculation going on.

(I don't mean you Zimbu, I just mean in general)

but I WANT to work on the puzzle. It just seems like all angles have been covered. But there has to be something. It probably something

Now my head hurts again.

YES, Now we have our answer.

They're just becoming a place for people to hang out. Somewhere kids go for a sly smoke and where half-cut adults empty their bladders.

Not only do they want locking, but pulling down and redeveloping into modern luxury appartments.

So can I unvote my previous "No" and revote it to "Yes". Very Happy

Blockobats

Well ... the Oct. 1st topic may be closed ... but this one is still open Very Happy .

Many thanks to Krystyn for letting us know the font is Blockobats. This is a font that is not all that easy to run across. You can get if from the source for free at chank.com (technically the source is a guy named Jeremy Sinon, but I think chank.com is where he has put it). If you google 'blockobats', you only get 14 hits in total, and only 7 of those appear unless you ask for omitted similar results. A good place to look would have been Moss Valley Dingbat Links @ Dingbats-UK, which I can only describe as a remarkable collection of dingbat type font links.

I downloaded the font, and can now write with certainty that the last character is an exclamation point:

Oh hey, the skeleton in the pic is from a font I think is called dead-ding, and it's the letter "z."

I'll check again when I get home to make sure.

Here's a higher-res version of the image I grabbed from my dev stuff.

Enjoy!

I was totally wrong, dudes.

It's called Dancing-Dead. I was right about it being the letter "z," though, the one that's featured in Oct. 1.

Have at it!

Thanks again. That is one cool font! You can get it at www.1001fonts.com. Ladies and gentlemen, appearing by popular demand, the letter "z":
