 		The circle starts pulsating when you get closer to the solution, I just kept switching the symbols around until it started doing that..

I soooooo want there to be more to this than just that forum. Craters, comets, fallen angels, the knights templar, dawning of a new era etc.. How am I supposed to resist that?? Wink

 		Sorry for doubleposting...

Apparently someone calling themselves "djevlen" has popped up at the Cry Gaia forums, posting cryptic messages..

Djevlen means Devil or Deamon in Norwegian, which seems to fit the theme of the first document quite well.

What do you think, is he just some random player trying to mess around or is there more to the clues than it seems right now?

ETA: Only some RPer messing around. nm.

 		I don't seem to be gettingor seeing any symbols that move about. just the circle in the middle. where in the new yoek picture are these symbols supposed to be

 		You have to search for the symbols in the buildings. Your pointer will turn to a hand shape when you find one. Just click it and they will appear.

 		symbols
grrr. i have been turning and adjusting these patterns all morning, and i cant get it, the circle fades in and out, but nothing. Evil or Very Mad
i want to see the light. grrr. is this just bad luck, if i figure it out will i really get back to work, or am i gonna sit here ALL DAY clicking and rotating until i get fired.

mgelles, try the light in the first, far left building, and the nyc sign, there are four in total, look slowly untill you find them.

 		Ok, here is how you deal with the symbols.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
First of all there are 4 spots on the picture you can click on. For each symbol there is a spot


Now that you found the symbols....

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Each spot gives 3 symbols. But they are all a little bit different. Choose the one that is 'most complete'. Maybe another way is to find the symbol that was shown on the earlier pages (not verified that).


Now you have decided which of the 3 symbols to use...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Place them on the wheel. Do you notice that the wheel is pulsating a little bit ? If you place a symbol on one of the 4 spots on the wheel, you can also start turning the symbols


Now you know where to place them, but how do they need to be alligned ?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
When you place a symbol on the wheel, start turning it. If it is in the right possition AND turned right, the wheel will 'skip a hearthbeat'. And each symbol placed correctly will make the wheel more brighter


Hope that this will help you solve the puzzle.

 		When solving the puzzle, you get a screen with some art, a link to the forum and a bunch of symbols. Now, depending on where your IP is coming from, you either get to play the puzzle in London, New York or Shanghai. All three cities have different symbols upon solving them.

People at the Cry Gaia forum managed to gather all three sets of symbols, and they look suspiciously like sanskrit to me..

 		Oh.. You're the first one I've seen that doesn't get the city closest to them.. Maybe it's not the IPs then. Huh

The symbols WERE sanscrit, albeit a bit stylized.

 		FWIW, I've tried the symbols in the positions and alignments indicated by the 4 pages, but that doesn't work.

EDIT: Actually I think it does it's just the pictures have been flipped a bit.

EDIT II: Although I get the sun, and the nice apocolyptic pic, but nothing else?

 		Although I can't say that this is an ARG, it certaintly has some things that seem to evolve in that direction. I won't write it all down here, but there is the official forum at http://www.darkdemonscrygaia.com , a newly started unofficial forum at http://www.crygaia.com and I have, with a lot of help from players on the forums started a blog to keep track of what's going on, at http://darkdaysrcoming.blogspot.com/.
