Back after the long PXC hiatus... At last.
Now...
Is it possible that the delays are dependant on where in the city the parcels are sent? Might I suggest sending a batch of parcels, all identical, one to each available location, and seeing if that has any effect? I'd do it myself, but I'm in college right now and don't have the time.

One more thing....It says advanced tracking features are available through a key interface....Vi has a key, shal we ask her to track what we have sent? Not all of them obv, but maybe the ones i sent at the same time, to see exactly whats happening to them?

Could be helpful. It really depends on exactly what extra information Advanced Tracking gives you...

Yay, new puzzle!
Here's my two-cents worth, the parcels I've sent.

No additional things on anything.
Hopefully, if it's the status that's affecting it, that should throw it up. If not, well, back to the drawing board. I'll let you know later how the parcels fare.

I think we just had to flood the data; that, or somebody got it.
So, uh... good work?
EDIT: ! to ?

Last night I did a set of priority express deliveries. Out of the 18 I sent only 3 were delivered without delay. These 3 were delivered in 1h30-1h44mins, whilst the rest, which were delayed (after about 1h30), were finally delivered in 1h45-2h09mins. This was longer than I had expected for "Priority Express".
I kept the destination, weight and speed constant (AgilonAl/ 1g/ Priorty) and changed the shape, and additions.
I can't see any obvious patterns with the delivery times vs combinations of variables with Priority Express here.
If anyone's interested I can post my findings in detail, but I can't seem to be able to update the spreadsheet.

Oh, sorry, didn't see that last post! Does that mean it's done and solved???
One of my combinations did include both confirmation and a signature and was delivered with no delay (??!)

All of mine delivered fine, it seems. Which would fit, really, with the announcement from PC Post.
