That certainly looks likely. But all those double rings just to produce a single digit each?!

I tried counting the rings and also making a number system, there are to many circles just to be outright counted.
4 have 10, 2 have11, and 1 has 15 rings
if we try counting (even each circle as a 1) we will come up with more than 8 numbers

maybe there is math involved, then that is possible as some show a group lined across another group

Here be dragons
Rising up from the blood drenched dust
We must not wake them
Interesting fact that map makers use to write Here be Dragons at certain areas thought to be very dangerous.
I read this poem (I can't find) but stated that asthe map makers reached the end of the world the exclaimed: Here be Dragons!
Wondering if we will stay in Australia, or around it, until we hit last puzzle.

WOW Ok, this one has me completely stumped. Does it have to do with the placement of the circles? As in hip, tail, rib, head, etc.?

Size of the dots I was also looking at the size of the dots. I tried separating them by size (S/M/L) on each location, but that hasn't produced anything promising so far.
I wonder if the mention of "blood" in the poem means anything...the circles almost look like red blood cells to me. Just my $.02.
