Sentry outpost

I have been looking into Our Hphack on Sentry Outpost. Little bits have struck me.

His name being Howard Phillips same as Lovecraft.

Hack I had originally taken as computer hackers but also is slang for newspaper reporters � all though lovecraft was not a reporter he did write as an amateur.

Hphack had a cricket problem and from THE MOON BOG � HP Lovecraft

Hphack dreamt of cave

And a strangled scream is all that emerges from her mouth as her face rends into something unspeakable.

1st I thought of a connection with the books " the secret cave" and " The beast in the cave"

But later on Hphack reveals he lost his girlfriend in a caving accident with several students and faculty from Miskatonic University where he was also a student

Miskatonic University being located in Arkham city located in Massachusetts, which is the centre for the cult of Mythos

I can continue to babble but am I thinking rubbish?
