march 2007

i was reading through the history page and something significant seems to happen in march.

"March 2007 - Through the free exchang<<<ERROR>>>ntil late in the next year."

then there is no post for april of 2007 but may ends with another disturbing message.

"Ma<<<ERROR>>>is death.

<<<ERROR>>>"

is there anyone with any information on where i can do more research on this?

Welcome to the forums...
I have already asked Chris Brown (both as cfreak and as chris) about the missing parts of the message and didn't get much of a response. However, that was a while ago, and they might be more open to dropping some information / hints now.

I would suggest contacting the in-game characters for guidance on that. The in-game "handlers" are Bishop and ADPrince, while Cfreak is the creator of the deuscity website according to the in-game story. Chris is the future version of Cfreak, so he might also be a good resource.

Other characters to consider contacting include Theophilus and slewth, although both are not known for giving straight answers.

As for the March 2007 date, I would presume it might be associated with the initially planned launch date of the game (which I assume refers to the relaunching of the deuscity.com website) being "early spring"...the Deus City admins pushed forward the launch date due to unanticipated interest. I could be way off base, though. Tomorrow could be a big day in the system.

according to foo the lapses in the history are the inconsistencies caused by our actions in the present which change the way the future turns out. he didnt reveal much information but it seems something significant which we will be able to alter will happen in march.

I'm thinking it might be linked with Adam's latest call to arms, to have people around the world collect Folio pages...

Speaking of which...

Cool! March is "cake month" in my family - there are 7 of us with bdays in March! And I am the only Aries (the 25th)! (We also have one on Feb. 29th, and 3 more in April.)

You know, I was just rereading the history page, and the gaps in our own time frame do not strike me as much as the big gap from 2026 to 2036, and the veiled hint at the end about 'preventing the eventual catastrophies which ensued in our own timeline'.
