Apologies if this message comes up twice - my browser crashed when I submitted and I can't see it in the list so I've assumed it didn't post.

I got a few S1 packs from Firebox when they first came out. Then I got insanely busy so they sat, unopened, and ended up buried under some other stuff.

Today I finally got round to tidying my desk and found them! Included in there is a signed (63/100) #089 Forever Foe.

Is this worth anything? Was it ever? Or have I missed the boat? I also got a "You were one of the first on Earth to answer my call" postcard, and I think some of the cards are 'unusual' in that they don't have map backs. Are these of any interest to anyone?

Apologies for my complete ignorance on the subject, thanks in advance for any replies Surprised)

 		On the worth front, I doubt very much, I could be wrong though. I think it is mainly a nice to have item, but not a major collectible.

It is definitely of interest to me (and I imagine a lot of people here) but for actual value, I really don't know, I don't think anyones ever actually tried to trade or sell one, again, I could be wrong. I wish I could help you out but all I can say is if you are looking to "get rid" of it then I am interested.

Also, did you get any silver cards in the packs, Reimann is now worth a LOT as it went out of print 1/2 way through season 1. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me.

ps. How long has it been since you tidied your desk, they were sent out almost 2 years ago now Shocked

 		It was about my tenth pack before I found any blacks. I used to consider myself unlucky.

Then I found two gold cards in the same store within a week of each other. I don't think I have the right to claim being unlucky anymore.

Wave 4 launch *shudders* I had a LOT of packs (can't remember exact number but was around 20+) and had no silvers and 1 black. The only reason I was OK for season 2 wave 1 was buying a box, pretty much guarantees 4 silvers and all blacks.

 		In the end I decided to eBay the whole lot... if I cover the cost of postage and a jiffy bag I'll be happy, mainly it's just good if someone who actually wants them gets to have them.

Good plan, and good luck with the sale

Although tbh you couldn't have picked a worse time, the game has just been ended "Indefinately" the cards will continue until the end of S2 but thats all we know. I don't know if this news will affect prices of cards though.
