I think all that time spent on 48 has damaged my brain. I can't for the life of me find the name required here. I googled the play and the first link was a wiki page and have entered every name I can find on that plus on the external links. Hell I even tried the plays author too.

Any other suggestions or do I have the wrong page?

these are the only shakespeare quotes with "rose"
But earthlier happy is the rose distill'd
Than that which withering on the virgin thorn
Grows, lives, and dies in single blessedness.

He wears the rose
Of youth upon him.

I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows
Quite overcanopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.

The seasons alter: hoary-headed frosts
Fall in the fresh lap of the crimson rose.

Their lips were four red roses on a stalk.

Then will I raise aloft the milk-white rose.
For whose sweet smell the air shall be perfumed.

What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet
therefore the answer must now be on this page, right?!

It's now instinct for me to hit that as soon as I read the clue. No help this time.

Not the answer btw, just made me smile. Smile

Oh and the reason I didn't get 49 was because someone said 'think first name' cough*jim*cough.

Got there in the end though using both names. :p
