Noah Boddy revealed?

A series of messages by a 'George Spelvin' (the name given to actors in the credits when revealing that the same person played two roles would ruin the plot) to the Y! board have some interesting messages in them.

Hint:

If you take the first letter of each sentence in the messages (with words broken down by paragraphs) you will find them.

Msg 3133: This is Mike. I must be careful, but know this: I know who Boddy is. More later.

Msg 3201: No one appears to have spotted my message. You asked if i was friend or foe. I am friend. Hear me.

Msg 3329: Noah Boddy is Senator Joseph Wellman and my name is Mike Fox.

Second and third messages found by drizjr to Y! (msgs 3333 and 3339) and the first by me (msg 3337).

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me during this silly little game!
