you made an underhanded insult to people who would disagree with your theory...how do you expect people to react when they read your post and disagree with it then you call them blinded?

edit: and also, quite the pot calling the kettle black considering the people you describe ("discredit all theories except their own") describes the second comment i quoted from you quite well

If you want feedback, as I assume most of us do and as you say you do, you have to be willing to listen to it objectively and not assume it is an attack on you personally. I took this forum to be a place to use others as a sounding board to check for viablities of theories against other peoples' ideas in hopes they might see something I missed. I didn't take it as a forum to promote certain theories, mine or otherwise. (shrugs)

Addresses we Know of

I did notice that the video feeds focussed a lot on 'elevators' and not stairs or other exits.

Somehow in order it almost looked like they went from 'goomed' type public elevators to grungy sub-level elevators. Also I think the "dock area you see is from outside because it looks like a dumpster on the left hand side.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

And because the (doors?) in the ransom videos are so high off the floor...could it be an access port or elevator control room they are in?

I had kind of wondered something like this, and there was a long discussion (was it only yesterday? gosh, I can't keep the days straight anymore) about basement, and I suggested doors. Anyhoo, I guess there's no reason that the Person Behind the Kidnappings couldn't move Andrew after killing the two kidnappers. The thing that I keep going back to is the address requirement and "22 hours" -- the only address we have, with the exception of the bizarre addresses for Zendorel's holdings, is Satchelton Funeral Home... and the possibility that Andrew is being held in something airtight -- like a coffin?[/spoiler]

Actualy, there are a few more addresses listed in the Police Log section of the voice daily:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
72 Jackson Street for the noise complaint and 544 Holly Lane for the stolen CD's

I think it's safe to say that the city is Satchelton not only because of everything previously mentioned in regards to the obituaries, but also because in the sports section there is only one high school mentioned (but not named) and in the coverage it is taken for granted that everyone would know what high school they are refering to. Therefore, the Voice must cover a very small area/have a limited circulation, probably only one city.

OOPS! My apologies. My insult was meant to be "back-handed" and not just underhanded.

MY motive? Because after following the posts since the beginning of the thread..it has only been recently that some folks started saying ideas were WRONG. Previously all the info has been gladly excepted, but not now. So YES...it is turning into "who gets to prove who wrong" instead of "thanks for the idea" like it was on the days before today.

I think dixidooh kidnapped Andrew and is going to talk him to death in 22 hours. Anyone else?

you criticized anyone who would disagree with your theory before anyone even got a chance to... you also criticized people who were "blindly" following "hacked" info

Just a random thought ... The message regarding 22 hours is issued at 8:00am on the 8th day (June 11th). The contest is over at 6:00am on the 9th day (June 12th - refer to Official Rules). That means you would have 22 hours left to find Andrew.

explanation
then i'll keep my ideas to myself

Listen. All I was trying to do was add some ideas to the table and have people think about them as they have been all along. I thought I was doing good!

I am simpy responding to Rodolana, Playboy_dust_bunny, and Illeagle because they chose to go overboard and try to make a big case about why and how what I was thinking had to be so very wrong. No body else's ideas were criticised so viamently as mine.

So, are we gonna get back to a free sharing of ideas or are we gonna self destruct as we get closer to the truth?

The thing that is thrown out of the van in the kidnapping footage seems to be a belt or like, a cloth belt from like a robe or something. if you look at it a stop it a couple times as it's being thrown out, it's long, and when it gets thrown out, it hits the ground at one end, and bends and then is completely laying on the ground.

just thought i'd share. Smile

Might as well say something now, since I've been a creepy lurker for 6 days now-

In all this talk of Satchelton, don't forget about Gibsonwich. It is mentioned frequently in the paper, too.
