It can also be found on research.nru.us, but it's in base64 there, so not really readable.

First guess: It looks like th Tunguz meteor in Siberia. It was on 30 jun. 1908.

Solved. It turns out it was stegged. Smile

Solved using Stegbreak v0.5 with a LARGE dictionary. Turned up negitive in Stegdetect v0.5.
