While this might be ARG related, I think this is possibly overlap from a different game that has been hinted about recently. The time frame of the registration is very different from what we have seen so far, and the info on the .net site seems to be more geared for BTS personnel.

this translantes to hiddenalliance.org (on the keyboard, move physically one letter to the left.)

I remember this site from the Majestic days. It was loosely connected to that game, somehow. the website has changed quite a bit though.
