i ended up retyping the web address minus the / at the end, i use firefox...and it worked that way. eesh it's picky today!!

exactly the same with me, i use firefox as well... that sites screwey as all hell

I needed the / in my answer and I'm using IE....so maybe that's what that was all about.

AKARMCORP.COM DAY 6

I got the user id# from sonia in an e-mail but when i try to use it on akarmcorp.com under about akarm on employees remote access it wont accept it. Does any one know why?

Sometimes when you copy and paste something, there is a space at the beginning or the end of whatever it is you pasted. Make sure there's no spaces and it should work.

HELP

I can not find the link to the camera feed. I have seen it and I know the address, but I keep typing in the passcode in the remote access section and it keeps saying denied...
