Ugh! I completely forgot about going back to Christina's website and entering the answer there...
Obviously I would make a crappy detective in real life!

There is a good explanation of what to do each day at this page .
However, if you want to try and figure it out on your own, go to the www.akarmcorp.com website and check the "About Akarm" page to try and see if you can discover the backdoor on your own.
If it's just the answer you're looking for, the first and sixth posts in this thread tell you what to submit.
What was really weird for me. At the office I did not see the backdoor link, nothing nada (PMd a friend, thought I was going nutzo) came home and it was as plain as day on my screen. Could different user systems show differently? The office system is old as dirt! At home I have xp.
Ok so where is the backdoor, I looked around the about page for an hour ...tried all of the for employees links and got nowhere, what am I missing? I don't want just the answer I want to know where to put in the code on the about page, its driving me nuts!

Hello! I must explain to all of you my experiences with the 'back door" code.
First I would like to quote Kona:
Quote:
Please read the Day to Day Summary thread at the top of the forum. There is no hidden link. You just click on the Employee section on the left side and when it asks for the id, you input the one from Sonia's email.
If you can't figure it out from Remmiz's posts, then maybe this isn't the game for you.
Thank you.
I must say, you guys are a little rough when someone can't figure out whats going on. I had a similar experience, but only at my office computer (wind 95). There was absoloutely NO LINK that said "backdoor" anywhere on the "about Akarm" site.
When you clicked on "employee access" you get a pop-up java screen prompt asking for a code. Of course none of the codes worked. There was no "back door" link!
At home, I have XP...the back door link was as plain as day.
What's odd is that the game producers did not accomondate all of the operating systems and without given the link on a site such as this one, you would be totally out of luck.
I don't mean to offend anyone, just wanted to give my experiences with the "back door".

There is no issue with different web browsers.
1. Open Akarmcorp.com website
2. Click on About Akarm at the top of the page
3. Click on For Employees on the Left of the page and you get a popup
(if you have blocked popups, that might be the problem)
4. Input the code from Sonia's email. Do you have the correct code (the original one from the google caches emails won't work; and if you use cut & paste, make sure you don't have extra spaces).
5. Ooooh, Restricted Access page. At the bottom is a clear BLUE link that says BACKDOOR .
6. Click on it. Now you get a directory page.
Click on any of those files. Try the code from Sonia's email and see which ones open up for you to read.
Edit to add: Maybe you have to scroll down on your browser? Or use smaller text in your window? I'm using Windows XP.

Kona,
I'm at the office now and I'm going to give it another try and let you know. At home there is no pop up and it works fine.
....here I go....

Ok, just did it again. There was no link at the bottom LEFT< as I see it at home.
Just the Restricted access page! If I didn't see it with my own eyes I would swear that there was no backdoor in a court of law!!

Day 6 - Computer Glitch Parrotsale is right on the mark -- not everybody is seeing the same thing on their computer screens.
I had to use a different computer to able get to the link which is --
http://www.akarmcorp.com/error.html
You'll still have to bypass the Akarm website, but you can keep playing.
Good luck!

Yes it is a browser issue, as soon as i upgraded my browser i seen it, and on my second pc its still not there , so those that were putting others down for not seeing it should get off their high horse If you would like a complete screenshot showing you there is no backdoor or room to scroll down I will happily send it to you just to prove you ARE wrong
