ok so out of curiousity i researched applebees locations around the Jay street address and theres ONLY 1 unverified listing applebees address in the directory the location is its 2.9 mi ne of the jay street location could it have something to do with the game?

I see there are three Applebees in Brooklyn. Jay St is a business district, lots of offices and restaurants. I really think the location will be alternative reality.

I too wish we had access to more video than what they are giving us to work with. All I can say is, these 4 missing seconds must have a lot of info for such a sort period of time lol.

Re: Video Feed

I'm thinking it's because there are (at least) two different security feeds, and we only have access to one at the moment.

One for the cameras we saw yesterday and one for the camera that covers Andrew's office (ETA: and who knows what else???).

If you look closely at the security feed website addresses, the one that we can view (from yesterday's clues) is "security2_backdoor", whereas the one on the SMH site is only "security_backdoor" <---missing the "2". (It also lacks the www., but I don't know if that's as important.)

It's obvious that there is more than one security feed page, because the one we saw yesterday doesn't include Andrew's office.

Can anyone savvier than I am figure out what changes need to be made to the website address in order to access the feed from Andrew's office? I tried a few things, but nothing worked for me. Since it's currently a dead link, I'm thinking the PM's have disabled it until tomorrow, but maybe it's just a matter of changing the address a bit?

That was the original link to the video feed, but they keep changing things. I have no idea why its still on the smh site

Well, I didn't know how many either. LOL I just thought it was about 30 seconds or so from glancing at the time stamps.

Deep Focus is Leaving Brooklyn. Today.

When I started Deep Focus over 5 years ago, DUMBO, Brooklyn was the perfect place. The sheer number of ironic t-shirts alone were enough to inspire any ad guy. Rents were cheap. You couldn't walk 3 blocks without spotting someone who played in a band that was just featured on some indie rock blog.

5 years later, DUMBO just can't hold Deep Focus any more. We've outgrown 5 spaces in 5 years, and try as we might, could not find a suitable home nearby.

Deep Focus is leaving our home in 11201, and moving to 10014. That's downtown Manhattan, for the uninitiated. And we couldn't be more excited.

No more salespeople getting lost. More clients coming to us(!) for meetings. More expensive lunches. But the most important thing is that we have more space to innovate and grow.

So adios, Brooklyn. You've been wonderful to us, but it's time to go. We'll always be back to visit. Your creative spirit has been an inspiration to us all, and we couldn't have done it without you.

The next blog post will be from SoHo — which is about to get a little more BKLYN.

Deep Focus' new address/contact info is:

345 Hudson St.
Fifth Floor
New York, NY 10014
(212) 792-6800

See you soon.

This is what I found on relating the Hudson st and 20 Jay street they have outgrown and moving

Isn't Brooklyn in NY?

Rolling Eyes Yes - Brooklyn is in the state of NY, but previous posts on this thread have placed Andrew in NY, NY...

Brooklyn is so in NYC. It's one of the five boroughs that comprise the city, no less a part of NYC than Manhattan, another borough.

IMO, for what it's worth, Andrew's location will be an AR place mentioned in the game, not a place in our world.

Ivy

Ivy, I stand corrected. Thanks! Very Happy

Rechecked
I'm in a daze

Ok, I rechecked and it was 34 seconds that was said. My kids were standing over my shoulder and I rushed over to SMH to view the video again and sure enough, I seen the time jump. I didn't bother to count the seconds lol. I feel pressured because we only have 1 more day to figure this out and we get one clue once a day. There are so many suggestions out there that I feel we won't solve it in enough time lol.

Re: Andrew's location

Perhaps Andrew's location will come in the form of a puzzle again, or else we'll have to match it up with one of the addresses that are on the game sites. *shrugs* - Either way let's keep looking incase we overlooked anything.

34 Seconds
I can't imagine

I still can't imagine what someone could do in an office in 34 seconds (less than a min. mind you) when we couldn't see anyone in there already. I'm frustrated that it 34 seconds is crucial and we only have one more day to get this right. I may not figure this game out but it has definitely been fun coming here and going over ideas and know that hundreds of other ppl are just as frustrated as me! Laughing
