Not a Real Place

the place in which andrew is being held is not in a real place. it has to be in a AR setting that was created for this game specifically. there is never a city mentioned for a reason, cause this is not set in any specific place. when they ask us where he is being held, we are gonna have to write a location that was given to us somewhere in the the game (websites, videos or christina herself). once you start looking outside of the realm of the game for answers, you are just wasting time. So far, no answers in this game had to be retrieved using any sources other than those given to us. So when i hear about andrew's blogspot, or mirrored google (egloog, which btw has been around for ages) or this new york/jay st. theory now, it's just a waste of time.

basically, we have to use what we've got. and thats:
akarm site
zendorel site
daily voice site
i have enemies site
sonia's blogspot
SMH site

The answers to what we are looking for lies within these sites and these only (unless we get more tomm). There is no need to look elsewhere unless we are told to do so.

Re: Not a Real Place

I agree with you, Jack. Up to this point, the puzzles/clues have all been too simple to go outside of the game's websites.

But this also sparks a question: Do you subscribe to the same theory as far as suspects? Will we only be looking at those people listed on the SMH website under "People" as potential suspects? (Which eliminates several Akarm employees that have been tossed around as potential suspects, unless more are added this evening or in the morning.)

Okay down to solving this mystery
From my post in the grants fingerprint thread

Well I'm sure That we will have to use this feature on the akarm site tomorrow to find out who did it. I'm more worried about finding out where they are.
acording to the action script in the flash file itself (the fingerprint calculator) at the time i posted this
nameDB["00927001"] = "Dan Morris";
nameDB["00927002"] = "John Phillips";
nameDB["00927003"] = "Bea Rosy";
nameDB["00927004"] = "Sonia Haswell";
nameDB["00927005"] = "Richard Simpson";
nameDB["00927006"] = "Mohammed Sayed";
nameDB["00927007"] = "Carson Brees";
nameDB["00927008"] = "Stephen Wilson";
nameDB["00927009"] = "Robert Johnson";
nameDB["00927010"] = "Andrew Goodis";
nameDB["00927011"] = "David Williams";
nameDB["00927012"] = "Arthur Smith";
nameDB["00927013"] = "Elizabeth Daniels";
nameDB["00927014"] = "Susan Butler";
nameDB["00927015"] = "Jason Fuller";
nameDB["00927016"] = "Chik Nogan";
nameDB["00927017"] = "Jim Gaffney";
nameDB["00927018"] = "Mimi Jarsh";
nameDB["00927019"] = "Grant Tenbrook";
nameDB["00927020"] = "Jeremy Hild";
nameDB["00927021"] = "Frank Caluori";
nameDB["00927022"] = "Sam Dahw";
nameDB["00927023"] = "Ben Sal";
nameDB["00927024"] = "Clarence Betro";
is the numbers and what names they match too

the originals (only 15 of them)

It is my therory at the moment (because they tend to channge things on us) That who did it is not
nameDB["00927016"] = "Chik Nogan";
nameDB["00927017"] = "Jim Gaffney";
nameDB["00927018"] = "Mimi Jarsh";
nameDB["00927019"] = "Grant Tenbrook";
nameDB["00927020"] = "Jeremy Hild";
nameDB["00927021"] = "Frank Caluori";
nameDB["00927022"] = "Sam Dahw";
nameDB["00927023"] = "Ben Sal";
nameDB["00927024"] = "Clarence Betro";
because there is no fingerprint photo for them
therefor the only other person who we have been suspecting that could be the kidnapper would be Sonia Haswell
if it is one of the people from the list and we actually have to match a fingerprint tomorrow.

So I as of right now only suspect Sonia Haswell and am working on finding where she would put Andrew durring this ordeal. I think its probably the Coffee shop she loves so much and the guy who gave her the flower is also in on it. (and is the masked man in the video)

Do you think I might be right on this? I am about 99% positive that it is Sonia unless they change the personnel page again.

No! i say that we use whatever info we collect from these websites to create the best theory. that doesn't mean that it won't end up being someone who we have never even looked at. Who knows it could end up being Bea Rosy. all i am saying is that it has to be within the realm of the game. I think everyone in the game is a suspect until we can officially rule them out. even minor characters who we have barely looked at are suspects in my eyes..

Andrew's location
Not real address

I have to agree that the city and state doesn't matter. I think it's just the street address that we have to worry about. *looks around*

I personally think it's Akarm. The lighting and I keep going back to that loading dock station. The outside looks messy and the inner walls look like they could be the same as in the ransom video. Also, someone made a good point that it is perfect to back up a vehicle, oh let's say a big van, and no one really notice. I think Grant is behind the kidnapping no matter who did the physical kidnapping. He has so much to lose. He brags how good he is at running a company.
Quote:
Tenbrook stated, "but I do know quite a bit about running a successful company. Just ask my shareholders."
It is so clear he would have a lot to lose if word got out about Freevira. His reputation in the industry and in the community, and money. There would probably be a lot of lawsuits also. I think Grant wanted Andrew dead but kidnappers try to get money first before killing him. Of course we know now thanks to spoilers that the kidnappers get killed (probably by Grant because he got tired of their games instead of doing the job they were suppose to do.)
And that is IMHO Very Happy

[edit - quotes inside spoilers aren't spoiled, and this is a spec not a puzzle answer, so no reason to spoiler tag it anyway. hugsz - kona]

Missing pieces

so far we are missing toooooo many parts of the puzzle to even come up with a logical theory. they are just going to throw so much stuff at us tomorrow that it will put everything into perspective. but i do not think that we will be able to solve it be4 we actually get the information. But here is what we have.

The MAIN suspects are (according to what i have been reading in this forum):
Grant-he just seems to easy of an answer.
Sonia- we want to trust her but she could really just be playing us.
Jim- tied for first (for being the prime suspect)
Carson- tied for first
Frank- i think no one thinks he was actually involve.

Then there are the "OTHERS":
Detective Kinlan-
would he have a motive to kidnap andrew (prolly not)

All the board members at Zendorel (or at least 1)-
could they behind all this, i have a feeling that we are gonna need to find a fingerprint to a worker at akarm who was involved. but it will eventually be revealed that zendorel board memebers were the masterminds. remember that they own akarm. not only would that hurt their reputations but i am sure it would hurt their other companies as well. so they prolly have the most to lose out of all this.

Bea Rosy- honestly she just bothers me cause she isn't ever mentioned. and why do they mention her cats, it just irks me lol.

Svetlana Nicolic- Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. someone proposed that maybe this is who andrew went to see to talk about Freevira. it makes sense cause she does deal with ethics, and he was dealing with whether or not to reveal info that could put ppl in danger. but how come she isn't ever mentioned? is she an important piece to the puzzle?

what do you all think?

Real places
There is a place

There is a real place, there is a real person and I think I found both!!! All of the different "lab" exercises are to through everyone off. Only one is a true spot, with a true location indicated by a real employee of Akarm.

go back to Grants video, pull the slider on the bottom over to 04:34:26, it's blurry, but I swear someone is in there.
Someone could tamper with it and make it that way, so they wouldn't be caught on tape.

All the puzzle pieces
Of course we don't have them all

All the clues have not been given as we all know. So I think it is a given that all these ideas that we are throwing out are just speculation. It will be so funny if the killer was someone we didn't give much consideration to though. When it's all over we can laugh how we over looked things. Am I right?

I have watched the over and over pulling the slider back and trying to figure out what's there before the cut in the tape and what's not there? I come up empty except that I notice things have been moved from their location. What can someone do in 34 seconds? Grab a file.... or insert something into a file ...or switch a piece of paper or letter with a replacement. Just some theories I'm kicking around. Anyway, I still can't link to the "new" video feed that I requested. The link is still not working. Meanwhile Christine's text message wants to know if I see anything strange in that video she sent me. Well...duh.... when I see it I'll let her know! Rolling Eyes
