Another thing...
that we may be missing

Another news flash we cannot click on? The one ABOVE the Gordorantt announcement. A rule 144 sale by an executive officer.

I think if we don't already know what that is, maybe we should at least find out?

Sale of stock

This, I guess, still has to do with where Andrew is...because WHO will tell us where, I suppose and there aren't alot of threads going that have anyone talking (except the long ones where we can't find anything).

And this ALL comes back to the meds that do not work and could bury this company.

Rule 144 Sale by Executive Officer (one of the two things in the Akarm newsroom that are visible but NOT clickable)...One of the EXECUTIVE OFFICERS of Akarm Pharmaceuticals sold his stock but maintained options (to control, I think...I looked it up as best I could). We need to know WHO that is because I think it's important.

The Akarm stock's not been doing well. In my last message, I told that someone in the company, I believed, was actually "padding" its accomplishments to up the value of stock and make the company value enough that other companies would want to be sister companies. (i.e. zenderol).

Maybe the officer needs money. My understanding is, with rule 144, that means that the officer has owned a majority in the company for many years and, as a result, he can sell even though it's low - maintaining options, I BELIEVE, that still gives him voting rights and also a buy-back option at a reasonable price? I used to be married to a stock broker but I can't remember...anyone out there know more, since the stock sites I looked at were NOT forthcoming??

*sighs*

I think I'm talking to myself anyway. Embarassed

"andrew Goodis"
Location of Andrew Goodis"

I think Andrew Goodis is being held in an abandoned realestate location thats related to akarm, the only thing I came up with is 8 north cherry street and I still was not sure.
