 		 [VIDEO] man in security video
i see a man in video on ramp
i was wondering if anyone else has seen a person down the ramp in the video at the akarm building? when i slowed down the video you can clearly see someone moving on the left side of the video down in the darkness. i haven't heard anyone else mention this anywhere. tell me if you see what i see!

 		I pulled out the individual frames I could (this is a weird animated GIF)and tried doing everything I could think of to pull anything in the shadows in Photoshop and I can't find a human figure in there no matter how I correct or enhance the photo.
