It is just missing the icon files for the words 'login' and 'password.' It is still a functional page however. You can test it by inputting known IDs (top space) and passwords (bottom space).

Is it considered poor sportsmanship to attempt to decipher the passwords from the shadow file given? (haven't determined if it's even possible, but figured I'd ask first)

The shadow file refers to the login at research.nru.us, see the reference section here: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3419
