hmmmm well lets see
sonia was following grant to get proof on him and in the same time clear her name but when the shootings started she paniced ran got into her car and sped off thats why you hear two cars hers then grants and by the way grants prints are back under the 09 so they are watchingand paying attention to us in here

I disagree. I listened to the video carefully and submitted my solution before checking what you guys had to say today on these boards. The location is definitely dubbed into the video, I agree with that, and they deliberately messed with the beginning of the street name with a snapping sound, so what is audible to me is "*erry street." I first thought of two NY street names, Perry St and Ferry St. To me the "E" sound is as clear as day, not at all ambiguous.

I'm a native NYer and maybe others here are not as used to listening to NY accents as I am. Maybe the fact that you heard a "u" sound, as in "Curry St," is because you have a different regional accent?

Anyway, I heard "Perry" or "Ferry" and went straight back to the Zendorel website, where the addresses are listed. The Cherry Street property is listed as "Cherry Street," as if that's how the company refers to this site. That's why the kidnapper just says "Cherry Street" and doesn't have to tell Grant the whole address; he assumes Grant knows where he means (which he does, saying the location leads back to him). For all we know, it is the building where the Zendorel execs have their offices, putting Andrew right in the same building as Grant!

I agree with all who said "Don't overthink this."

I have to say that I am now getting a little peeved with this game.

Regarding the fingerprints:

First they changed the fingerprint to Robert Johnson from Grant, and then they change it back again to Grant. All I have to say is I think they are going to have to accept two answers to the question. How can they sit there and change the answer during the time that we are supposed to be finding the answer?

Not good.

FRANKLY, I don't care what they say it is. They have lost ALL credibility!
Alright, they are going to say it is "Cherry Street" because that is insite and contains an address. I'll admit that is pretty clear. But the rest of it is not, especially changing the murderer a few times on the last day after people have already submitted their final answers. Why would someone go back and recheck their answer? How can DF expect people to do that? They MUST make all these answers correct or end this already ruined contest where no one EVER had a chance to win anything. Period!

Well, I am thinking that the first set of fingerprints were not really "in-game" since the e-mail from Sonia hadn't been released yet with the password to get in.

So if we assume that the first set was not really "in-game", then the 2nd set would be "in-game" because it was after the Sonia e-mail. So then only one change (today's change) would have been done. Robert Johnson to Grant.

So Robert Johnson is the murder and Grant is trying to be set up? Someone changed the print to Grant?

P.S. even though there have been changes along the way by the PMs, I still had lots of fun (my first game) and probably all of us have been overthinking it because a promotion like this would be for the masses, not just experienced gamers.

DF Mistakes or was it just laziness????

I hope the sponsors did not pay Deep Focus a generous amount of money as here is something i found last night . . . sloppy, sloppy.
On both press conference video tapes above the speakers you can see 20 Jay Street on the building...i google mapped it using Brooklyn, ny and then went to STREET VIEW (cool new feature) and lo and behold there is the site of our still video feeds. Which one could speculate is AKarm. After all as a sponsor Applebee's is featured and so logically looking at the people involved with the contest(suzuki, Applebees and DF) you would go to their websites. I mean isn't this a glorified ad campaign anyway???So one wonders is this a part of the game or not ... or were they just too cheap to film a location away from their ( DEEP FOCUS)office? And if it is not part of the game then blur out the jay street in the videoed"press conference". And if this is not part of the game you can hardly blame anyone for their(deep focus) lazy mistakes...not only do we have sabrina caluori, but there is a james marsh at deep focus who matches up with mimi jarsh (anagrammed and all) employee # 18. Have we been FROBBLED?????

I have sat her for hours on end doing my own research and looking things up whatching their videos and they probably arent even sure where he is they cant make up their dang minds. Grey corner curry cherry I dont even really care anymore. heck my mom said all the changes are giving her a nervous breakdown. i am very dissapointed in you court tv and Deep focus (Cause i know ya'll read these things) You have a lot to lear about the online world!

I'm a native New Yorker and I definitely did not get "Cherry" off of the audio. I definitely heard "Curry" but since that isn't an option, I was thinking maybe it was a nickname for the Downtown Docks location which is Curvasand and it could be shortened to "Curvy"... I still haven't submitted my final answers, so I'll mull it over some more. But Cherry does seem like the more obvious answer.

But I totally agree they messed up pretty bad. They still have the wrong link up to the security feed. They never posted the missing 33 seconds of tape. Although someone here just said to check the fingerprint scanner, that they changed Robert Johnson back to Grant, it doesn't change for me, even after I erased all my cookies, it still comes up RJ when I do it. <shrug>

A thought: is it possible that RJ was switched with Grant by the PMs to weed out the "hackers" who saw the prints too soon? It would make no sense to the game, since who the hell is he anyway, but since he does work at Akarm, he might have as much of a motive as anyone else there.

Could it be Max?

Just thinking�.

On the first day, Max claims that his mother sees him as an internet genius. Backtrack one day, as the kidnapping is on video, the same video that Max is using? Could he have sent the email to his father using Sonia's email, and then he is there to film. Anyway, then he starts to record the press conference with his own camera (or Sonia's?). Then after the security videos are found, he is in charge of getting the feeds. Suddenly there is a piece of the video missing, and it is never seen. Perhaps it was MAX that went into the office to change the finger prints, and then destroyed that piece of time on the video. He has to know about Sonia, so maybe he got those two neighbors of hers to kidnap his father, and then they turned greedy. It could be Grant on the video paying the ransom, and Max was recording it to blackmail him later. He could not take the money because how would he explain that he suddenly had all this money? He also could have dubbed in the street name, to throw everyone off, and that is why it is so obvious? Not to mention that where is Max today? I don't remember Christina asking if he is ready to record today. Perhaps he is off with Sonia? Also, how would the kidnappers have the antidote unless he got it from Sonia or Max?

I just viewed the first tape of today again..... Ok, the kidnappers said that they were paid to kill Andrew in the first place and since no one wants to pay the randsom they injected Andrew with a time released chemical and he leaves the antidote on the ground. Simple enough but what gets me is this.... If the person (kidnapper's orginal boss) wanted Andrew dead, why would the person need to know where Andrew was being held? He could just let Andrew die right where he is, wherever that may be. EVERYONE, the police and public has seen all of the randsom videos. So they would have that to find the person behind the kidnapping/murder. What does it matter if Andrew's body was left there or moved to somewhere else at this point?
