I've a feeling that this is just another of those people. S/he wrote "I got it too late to do anything with it". What's that supposed to mean? They could still write their answer down. It's dumb. And as mad as my hubby is at me, he still just came and *kissed* me nighty-night. He'll be getting up in 2 hrs. when I'll be going to bed....

The contest was too easy for them to have put some obsecure word in somewhere. That will not be fair. I knew max said that, and I've googled tons and tons of places, names and phrases and have come up zilch.

I just did all those ad ones, putting in "Voice Daily News" and then the number as well as "VCN #__" and I got led back to the paper or to nowhwere. Unless I misssed a number, who knows. Who cares anymore at this point. I was all set to spend my day on it when I discovered the fingerprint site up and then down and then changed, and I gave up. So why am I here at after 2 am>?

Another game would be great

This was my first (and appearantly not a very good one to start with). Think I will monitor and watch to see what's out there first.

My theory is that the "new game" hinted at in the video is the penance that Deep Focus has to submit to to make it up to Applebee's, Suzuki, and Court TV for this cluster@#$% of a game.

Ugh, yes.

It was the first school shooting, I think, quite awhile back. A ten and 13 year old?? The oldest got out about a year ago and is right back in for breaking parole in a bad way, weapons and drugs.

I've only lived here two years and I pulled my kids OUT of the school...because mine were here at Westside where it happened and I had suspicions why after awhile so I homeschool mine now. They're about to graduate soon anyway.

Thats really sad. I would have done the same thing too if it were my kids.

It was pretty terrible for my kids. We were new here, a long way from home (Alabama)...and my kids (abusive) dad died in a freak accident. They never had closure and still have no peace. But...they had to go to Alabama then had to wait so long until the body was released...and the school was downright MEAN to my boys...wouldn't excuse even one absent day for their dad, wouldn't counsel them or allow me to take them out for counseling, nothing. If that's the way they treat hurting kids, it's no wonder, I told them...and I pulled my kids. GRRRR...

Anyway...that's that story. I'd never send a kid here to Westside. The city schools are pretty decent though, we started out in one.

*sighs* Tired, I've been fighting the lag on these stupid pages for about 14 hours now...hard to research when you can't load pages. I couldn't get into the forum at all for hours.

Back in a few. Smile

I know what you mean, I put in everything I could find as well, including all the employee id #s, In my eyes there was none other than Cherry St.

calculator #'s

The calc #'s google as a zip code for Clearlake Oaks, CA

I can't keep second guessing myself. I know I've already googled sooooo much on all the pages. I'd LOVE to come up with something new, but I'm just not sure it's there.

I like the steak cesaer salad and the grilled shrimp pesto pasta dish.

Probably hit the local Applebees 2-3 x month picking up dinner.

Beats heating up the kitchen and then having to do dishes.

Puzzles and Riddles

Do you think the final irony of this crazy game was that the address where Andrew was "held" was not even a street address, but a web address? I tried using the web address for Zendorel's Real Esate "Holdings" and seem to have gotten a different rersponse. I recieved no email afterward, and no kind of indication that any of the information was wrong. Just a bubble from Christina saying "are you sure? you can change your answer if you want to".

This kind of second-guessing doesn't make a lot of sense (although, after everything else that's happened today, it's understandable). From an in-game perspective, the zip code referred to by the digits on a calculator on a website would not be sufficient reason to assume that Andrew is being held somewhere within that zip code. Somehow, in some way, it has to hang together logically.

Cherry Street is the logical place for Andrew to be held. If it turns out not to be the right answer, then DF will have their hands full coming up with an explanation as to why whereever they stashed him was "more" correct.

That said, of course, if this turns out to be the case, they will already have such an explanation in mind. I look forward to reading it while chomping down my baby back ribs.

So that's it, then? I'm trying to regoogle Sonia's blog, but I've already done it! I hate to say that and then find out in a mere 3 1/2 hrs . that I missed something... I've put in her fake names, real names,fern-crested kingfisher, all of it. And I just can't find it. It has to be Cherry Street. That's the only address that's close that they gave us. If it's not...I'm telling ya, I'll be upset! I mean, really, we can't google every single phrase, not knowing how many words to put in or leave out.

Thats amazingly sad, and like you said if thats the way the schools treated them no wonder something like that happened. Almost seems like the kid who did it was probably ignored and it could have been adverted. I hope your kids find closure, but what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger so Im sure they are very strong minded people.
